Round the other side of the building is a small set of stairs that leads inside to the Flight School.
You need to go to the abandoned airport and buy it for $80,000. Once you have it take it to the marker and drive it into the garage. Grab your vehicle again and get to the package. Kill the cops and helicopters that show up until the package is dropped somewhere else. Then make your way to the top of the mountain to wait for the package. Drive out to the desert, take the rocket launcher and choose another vehicle. Steal it and take it back to your garage. Caesar will jump aboard and stop the truck. Drive along side the truck on the left side and match it’s speed. Jump on the bike with Caesar and catch up with the truck on the freeway. Get out of the truck and wait for a phone call.
